What is your turn around time?
Production times vary depending on the item that you are ordering, but here are some turnaround times you so can get an idea:
Screen Printing: 5 to 7 business days.
Embroidery: 7-10 business days (repeat orders are 4-5 business days).
Banners: 24 hours with artwork ready to print provided by the customer and order is placed before 11:00am
Promotional Items: Depends on the item
Vehicle Wraps: 5 business days after artwork is aproved by the customer.
DTG: 3 Business Days
Are there any set up fees?
This depends on the project.
Screen printing has a set-up fee associated with the first time we print a particular design this is to cover the cost of creating the screens we need to print the T-shirts. Each color we print needs a unique screen. We keep these screens for 6 months to a year and then we erase them and use them for a different design.
For Embroidery the setup is called digitizing the logo or design and is only charged the first time that we do a certain design.
Promotional items also have a set-up fee associated with and depends on the product you order.
Direct-to-garment does not have a set-up fee, however, if you require us to create a design for you that might incur in graphics design charges
Can you ship my order?
Yes, we ship orders within the continental US via FEDEX.
Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?
All orders have to be pre-paid before we can start any work.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, We accept Visa and MasterCard
Is there an extra charge for extra large sizes of T-shirts?
Yes, prices are quoted from XS to XL sizes, if you need larger sizes please check with your sales rep and ask him what is the extra fee for extra large sizes. We larger sizes from 2XL to 6XL
What are your hours of operation?
We are currently open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm
Can I have my order sooner?
For your convenience we offer rush services. These services vary in price. Ask your sales representative for a rush service quote.
Can you screen print one T-shirts as a sample?
We can make a sample T-shirt for $200 and when you place the order for the whole quantity we'll give you a credit for the $200
We also offer DTG (Direct to Garment) Printing. With this method, we can print a full-color image on a T-shirt and there are no setup fees or minimum order requirements.
Can I bring my own T-shirts?
No, all orders we print are printed on our garments to be able to offer the best quality and service to our customers. In case there is a misprint we'll re-order that T-shirt and you won't have to worry about replacing the damaged T-shirt.
