Adding a new service for 2022

I don't have to tell you about 2020 and 2021 I just hope we have passed the worst part of this pandemic and I look forward to 2022 and talking about the new year I wanted to let you know about the new service we are adding this year. 

We are super excited to add Direct to Garment to the services that we offer in 2022. Direct to garment is a T-shirt printing technology relatively new compared to screen printing. I have been wanting to add this service for several years now and we have finally done it this year. Even though the technology is still in it's infancy compared to screen printing the benefits are huge. 

For starters with direct to garment, we can print a full-color image or even a photo-realistic image without burning any screens. What this means to you is that there are no set-up fees. The set-up fees in screen printing are to cover the cost of making the screens for every single color we print on the T-shirt. This is a time-consuming task and that is the reason why we have to require a minimum order of T-shirts so the printing process and the set-up process are cost-effective. Is not possible to make any money when you have to print 5 T-shirts with a 4 color image and the set up alone is going to take you 2-4 hours.

With DTG there is no time spent setting up the press to print the T-shirts. DTG is like printing your T-shirts from your desktop printer. Crazy right?! and the quality of the prints is amazing too! 

So next time you need just a few T-shirts with a full color logo make sure you ask for DTG printing that way you'll get the best printing option for your project and you don't have to sacrifice colors for your printer to be able to take your order.
